Customers will be charged Dordogne Direct Ltd's current standard postage and packing
charges of £6.95 for the delivery of goods to any address within the Uk (excluding the Highlands and Islands). We will take all reasonable steps to ensure delivery is within 30 days
of receipt of order.
Overseas deliveries will be charged at cost. Please contact us before placing
the order to check the availability and cost of international deliveries.
Prices:
Dordogne Direct Ltd retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account
of any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty
or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable
steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation
of your order. Unless otherwise stated the price quoted will include VAT.
Where items are subject to VAT, delivery charges will include a pro-rata % of VAT accordingly.
Payment:
Payment in full must accompany the order. We accept cheques (made payable to:
Dordogne Direct Ltd) or by credit card. (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro).
All items are subject to availability and Dordogne Direct Ltd reserves the right
to substitute items which are unavailable with items of equal or greater value.
Returns:
For returns of faulty goods, please follow instructions.
We will endeavour to replace or refund the price of faulty goods provided that
within 30 days of receipt of goods:
You notify us that the goods are faulty and indicate whether the goods are to
be replaced or refunded
You return the goods, carefully packed to avoid damage in transit, to Dordogne
Direct Ltd, Unit 1, Donkeywell Farm, Quenington, Cirencester, Glos, GL7 5DH within
10 days from the date you received them.
Legal Liability:
Dordogne Direct Ltd's liability to you whether for breach of contract, negligence,
misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the price charged
to you for the defective, damaged or undelivered goods which give rise to such
liability.
